sessionLAND Beta Agreement
Night Lunch LLC · Last updated October 26, 2026
Thanks for testing sessionLAND. This is a short agreement between you and Night Lunch LLC ("we", "us"), which makes sessionLAND. By downloading or using the beta, you agree to it.
1. What you're getting
A free, early copy of sessionLAND for Mac, so you can use it on real work and tell us what breaks. The beta is unfinished. Features may change, move or disappear before release.
The sessionLAND End User License Agreement (the "EULA") also applies to the beta. If the two documents disagree, this one wins for the beta.
2. Back up your sessions
sessionLAND drives Pro Tools and writes files. Beta software can get things wrong. Before you run it on a session that matters, save a copy of that session and its audio. We can't recover lost work for you.
3. Keep it between us
Until we release sessionLAND publicly, please:
- don't share the app, your download link or your license with anyone;
- don't post screenshots, screen recordings or reviews, or describe unreleased features in public, without asking us first.
You're free to tell people you're testing it. This section doesn't cover anything that's already public, that you knew before we told you, or that you got from someone else who was allowed to share it. It ends when sessionLAND is publicly released, or two years after you accept this agreement, whichever comes first.
4. Your feedback
Tell us anything: bugs, ideas, what confused you. You don't have to. If you do, we can use it to improve sessionLAND without paying you or crediting you, and that includes putting your ideas into the product. You keep ownership of your own sessions, audio and files. We never get those unless you choose to send them.
5. Support logs
If you send us support logs from inside the app, they go out as an email from your own mail app, and only when you press Send. Our Privacy Policy says what's in them and what we do with them.
6. No charge, no promises
The beta is free. It's provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, and the limits of liability in the EULA apply. We don't promise to fix any particular bug, keep any feature, or release a final version.
7. When it ends
Each beta build stops working on a date we'll tell you. We can end the beta or your access to it at any time. You can stop at any time by deleting the app. When the beta ends, delete any copies you have. Sections 3, 4 and 6 keep applying after it ends.
8. The rest
Indiana law governs this agreement. If any part of it can't be enforced, the rest still applies. This agreement and the EULA are the whole deal between us for the beta.
